The community is invited to explore the “Michael Mallard: Recent Works” exhibition at the Webber Gallery on view 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday, Feb. 17, – Wednesday, March 12.

An artisit and an educator, Mallard’s still life paintings explore themes of identity, place and experience. His work often blends everyday objects and symbolic imagery, and it invites viewers to reflect on the beauty and complexity of the American Southeast.

An opening reception for this exhibit is on Wednesday, March 12 from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. at the Webber Gallery.
