College of Central Florida Hosts Welding Career Expo at Levy Campus

The College of Central Florida invites graduates, former students of its Welding program and individuals interested in pursuing a career in welding to attend the Levy Welding Career Expo. The event will take place Wednesday, April 10, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the CF Jack Wilkinson Levy Campus, 15390 N.W. Highway 19, Chiefland.

This career expo will connect attendees with local employers, showcasing a wide range of job opportunities within the welding industry. Participants will have the chance to meet with representatives from some of Florida’s leading welding companies and organizations. The event offers a platform for job seekers to demonstrate their welding skills, engage in on-the-spot interviews and network with potential employers.

In addition to job placement opportunities, the expo will serve as an informative session for prospective students interested in CF’s Welding program. Attendees will be able to witness hands-on demonstrations, gain insights into the welding field and learn details about the application process.
