The benefits below are available to full-time employees.
Basic Benefits
- Medical/hospitalization insurance for the covered employee
- Family health insurance coverage through the group plan
- Voluntary dental insurance
- $20,000 life insurance policy
- Voluntary supplemental term life
- Terminal pay benefits, eligible after 10 years service at CF
- Vacation accrual, 1 day per month at 1-5 years of service, 1.25 days per month at 6-10 years of service, and 1.5 days per month at 11 or more years of service
- Sick leave accrual
- Personal leave, up to 4 days per year deducted from accrued sick leave
- Paid holidays, 8 to 13 days including New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, a week for spring break, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after, and 7-9 days for winter break
- Tuition waivers and some reimbursement for four-year state schools
- Sick leave pool for employees who have completed one year of service and meet additional criteria
- Voluntary payroll deduction options for Section 125 Cafeteria Plans, long-term disability insurance, United Way and CF Foundation donations
