Campus Amenities
There’s no need to go home between classes when there are so many areas to relax and have fun on campus! Below are just some of the amenities you’ll find at our campuses.
Learning Resources Center
Located at the Ocala Campus, the recently renovated Clifford B. Stearns Learning Resources Center is a multi-purpose space for students. On the first floor of the LRC, you’ll find the Learning Commons, an open area with whiteboards, tables, and couches. The first floor is also home to Cliff’s Cyber Cafe and the Learning Support Center.
The second floor of the LRC holds CF’s main library as well as computers and printers for student use.
The Information Desk, Learning Commons, and the Learning Support Center at the LRC are staffed Monday-Thursday: 9 a.m.-6 p.m.
S.M.A.R.T. Areas
Study, Mingle, Achieve, Recharge, Think! These S.M.A.R.T. areas are located around campus, providing open areas for students to relax or study. In each area, there are whiteboards for creative expression, comfortable chairs, collaborative technology, and multiple charging ports.
The S.M.A.R.T. areas are open throughout the day for student use. Stop on by and check them out!
Yoga Studio
Located at the Levy Campus and the Ocala Campus within the Clifford B. Stearns Learning Resources Center, CF’s yoga studios provide calming environments for individual yoga or group activities.
Students can stop by the yoga studio between classes, and instructor-led yoga sessions are scheduled throughout the semester.
Dassance Fine Arts Center
The Ocala Campus is home to the stunning Dassance Fine Arts Center, an auditorium for theatre productions and large-scale events. Students always receive free admission to CF events at the Dassance.
Student Lounges
The Citrus Campus’ Student Lounge is the perfect spot to hang out between classes. Play pool or ping-pong, watch TV, or just relax in one of the comfortable chairs.
At the Ocala Campus in Building 5, you can find the Veterans Lounge. This space is dedicated for use by veterans and veterans’ dependents.
