Join us Friday, Aug. 25, at 5 p.m. at the Webber Center for the opening reception of the inaugural competitive exhibition of installation art, “The Gap Between Art and Life Exhibition”. This exhibition will be open to the public at the College of Central Florida Webber Gallery Aug. 7-Sept. 7, will become an biannual tradition for CF and the Webber Gallery.

This competitive exhibition was jury selected and includes eight diverse artworks by four different artists and will allow visitors to interact with the gallery space in new and unique ways. The jury panel consisted of Leslie Hammond, president of Artistic Eye Fine Art Services, and Victoria Billig, assistant director of the Appleton Museum of Art.

Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The gallery is closed Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and college observed holidays. For more information call 352-854-2322, ext. 1552.
