About

This program teaches how to be proficient in set-up and operation of manual and CNC machining centers, computer-aided drafting/computer-aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) software and in solid modeling design and programming.

Students will also be introduced to computer aided drafting/design skills used in machine processes and will enable the students to become more proficient in 3-D printing as used in rapid prototyping. This program will cover additive and subtractive manufacturing currently being used in industry to design, build and modify equipment and processes.
