The College of Central Florida’s Office Administration program is a two-year Associates of Science degree program that features several specializations. It provides students with a balance of excellent academic instruction and hands-on applications in a technology-enhanced environment. The program goal is to prepare students for entry into specialized office careers (examples: administrative assistants, executive administrative assistants, medical office assistants and office managers) and to provide competencies for enhancing promotion in students previously or currently employed in office careers.

In addition, students may complete the following college credit certificate, either as an individual program, or while completing their Associate of Science Degree in Office Administration.
Students will learn a variety of office related computer software applications (Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, industry specific software) that are used in office settings, in addition to the soft skills needed to be competitive in today’s work place (customer service, administrative management, effective business communication and business management). Students master the modern skills that are needed to function effectively in today's complex business environment.
- Microsoft Certified Application Specialist Word certification exam (eligible to sit for upon successful completion of OST2717, Advanced Word).
- Microsoft Certified Application Specialist Excel certification exam (eligible to sit for upon successful completion of CGS2103, Spreadsheet Applications).
- Quickbooks Certification (eligible to sit for upon successful completion of ACG2540, Integrated Accounting).
