The College Credit Certificate in Help Desk Support provides training for aspiring I.T. help desk technicians. This path can be completed in as little as a year.
Through the certificate coursework, students pursuing this certificate will also receive the training necessary to complete two of the most desired industry certifications, CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network +.
