Family Health and Support Worker Applied Technology Diploma

A Family Health and Support Worker Applied Technology Diploma (ATD) is approved by the Florida Department of Education. The purpose of the program is to develop or increase the competence and job performance of family support workers who provide outreach and support services to childbearing families and their children (age’s birth to 5 years) in public health, child development, and family services programs. The ATD credits may articulate toward an Associate Degree in Human Services as well as a Bachelor Degree and are intended to encourage students to pursue advancement of their career.
Admission requirements: Exit score of 10.0 on the TABE Assessment.
Curriculum: (each course is 3 credit hours)
